Description

Jennie has been working as a therapist since 2023. She completed her Master’s degree in Psycho-Spiritual Care and began her career supporting individuals navigating addiction and complex emotional challenges. Over time, her work shifted toward supporting parents and families who are trying to raise children while carrying their own histories, stressors, and unanswered questions.

The experiences and messages we absorb in childhood often shape how we parent, relate, and see ourselves. Some of these threads are supportive, and others quietly pull us into patterns we never consciously chose. For many parents, this can lead to feeling disconnected from their values, overwhelmed by expectations, or unsure of how to show up in ways that feel genuine and sustainable.

Jennie offers a trauma-informed and culturally-responsive space for parents and families who want to slow things down, make sense of what they are carrying, and move toward a way of living and parenting that feels more aligned. Her work focuses on helping clients untangle old narratives, reconnect with their values, and respond to their families with greater clarity, compassion, and intention.
