I’m a registered social worker living and working in Hamilton, Ontario.

I work mostly with queer folks, and tend to focus on trauma, neurodivergence, self-esteem, and coping with burnout while surviving a capitalist dystopian world. Myapproach to therapy is casual and conversational.

I’m a queer, non-binary human with lived experience of mental health struggles,chronic illness, trauma, and neurodivergence. I live as part of a big blendedpolyamorous community trying to build joy and hope together. In my free time, I like tocraft and bake, and love learning about natural disasters, true crime, and pop culture.
