I bring my authentic self and a creative, person-centred approach to counselling, grounded in harm reduction, anti-oppressive, and anti-racist values. As a registered social worker and social service worker, I offer both in-person and virtual counselling for individuals, groups, and workshops. My background spans counselling, recreation therapy, peer support, and community support, which allows me to tailor sessions in innovative and inclusive ways.
